Tesla Model Y PPF and Ceramic Coating in Watertown, CT
A new 2026 Tesla Model Y deserves protection from day one. At GoodLooks Auto Spa, we recently built a Tesla Model Y PPF and ceramic coating package in Watertown, CT that pairs paint protection film with our flagship System X Phantom coating and a glass coating. Here is what each service does, how long it takes, and what it costs.
The Tesla Model Y PPF and Ceramic Coating Package
Paint Protection Film (PPF)
PPF is a virtually invisible, self-healing film applied to painted surfaces. It guards against rock chips, scratches, road debris, bug splatter, and harmful UV rays.
System X Phantom Lifetime Ceramic Coating
System X Phantom is our flagship coating. This professional two-part (2K) system cures into a 9H ceramic shell that adds deep gloss, chemical resistance, and hydrophobic self-cleaning performance. It is backed by a lifetime warranty and registered with CARFAX. Compare all of our ceramic coating options.
2-Year Window Ceramic Coating
This coating bonds to glass and forms a slick, water-repelling layer that sheds rain, dirt, and road grime. It also improves wet-weather visibility.
What to Expect: Timing and Cost
The Phantom coating has an estimated duration of 48 hours, and the window coating takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes. For this SUV, we quoted $623 for PPF, $1,900 for the Phantom package, and $200 for the window coating, a $2,723 subtotal before tax and processing fee. Your quote may differ based on vehicle size and coverage.
Optional Add-Ons
Alternatives to Phantom include our 3-year ($1,150) and 8-year ($1,750) SUV coating packages, each with a full exterior detail, paint decontamination, and 1-step polish. An interior ceramic coating ($350) and 5-year rim face coating ($200) were also offered.
